There is a special connection between a mother and child of any age and we want to capture that moment. These mini-sessions make great gifts around the holidays. 

Ajani Truth Photography will be offering elegant Mommy & Me holiday mini-sessions in our studio located in the beautiful, historic town of Occoquan, VA. Make a day out of it and check out our favorite local shops and restaurants. You and your family deserve this.

Why Holiday Mini Sessions?

Mini sessions are a perfect way to capture amazing photos without the time commitment or larger investment of a full photography session. They are also a great way to get a taste of what the full experience entails!

We know that families are extremely busy during the holidays, so we have designed a 20-minute mini-session to give even the busiest of families a quick, low-stress way to experience a wonderful photoshoot.

FAQs

Is this strictly for “moms”?
No, we understand the diversity and complexity in families. We welcome all “moms” and their kiddos to join us for these sessions.

Is this only for small children?

No, we welcome moms with children from 6 months to adults. 

I have a fur baby. Can we schedule a mommy & me shoot?
This mommy & me shoot is for the humans but don’t worry, we’ll be hosting a holiday-themed dog-centered mini-shoot in the coming weeks.

Can my husband/partner be in the photos?

Sure! Although this is designed for moms and children, at the end of the session, we welcome the entire family to participate in the photo experience.

Is there a minimum age requirement for children?

Yes. 6 months. We love newborns but typically babies under the age of 6 months require more time and care than afforded during a mini-session.
